MDGWin Terms & Conditions – Platform Terms of Use Malaysia

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "MDGWin" refers to the online entertainment platform operating under the domain mdgwin.best, including all associated pages, services, applications, and content.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using MDGWin's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member to access MDGWin's services.
• "Platform" refers to the MDGWin website, mobile application, and all digital interfaces provided by MDGWin.
• "Funds" refers to the cash balance in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) held in your MDGWin account.
• "Betting" refers to any wager or bet placed by a Member on any game or event within the MDGWin Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any bonus credits, free spins, or other financial incentives offered by MDGWin to Members through its various promotions.

The MDGWin platform is exclusively for players in Malaysia who meet the following eligibility requirements. MDGWin reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.

• You must be 21 years and above at the time of registration. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. MDGWin enforces strict age verification and may request valid identification documents at any time.
• You must be a natural person — registration by companies, organisations, or any entity other than an individual is not permitted.
• You may not register for or use the MDGWin platform if you have placed yourself on a self-exclusion list with MDGWin or any recognised responsible gambling programme.
• You must be a resident of Malaysia or be accessing the platform from within Malaysia. MDGWin reserves the right to restrict access from certain regions or countries in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
• You must use only your own account and may not place bets on behalf of another person.

Registering for an MDGWin account is free and takes less than 3 minutes to complete. The following are the requirements and guidelines for account registration at MDGWin:

• Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at MDGWin at any one time. Creating multiple accounts using the same identity, phone number, email address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration — full name, MyKad or passport number, phone number, and email address — must be accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure without prior notice.
• Your account password must be strong and kept confidential. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. MDGWin will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
• MDGWin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing a first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or eWallet statement.
• Your MDGWin account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to or shared with another person.

MDGWin offers Malaysian players a range of convenient and secure deposit methods. All deposit transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM), and MDGWin does not charge any additional fees for deposits made via the listed methods.

Deposit methods accepted by MDGWin:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost eWallet
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (including DuitNow Transfer)
• FPX Internet Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, and other participating FPX banks)

Deposit requirements:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 10 per transaction.
• Members may set their own daily deposit limits through account settings as part of MDGWin's responsible gambling tools.
• Deposit funds will be credited to your MDGWin account within seconds of a successful transaction. If you experience any delay, please contact MDGWin customer support with proof of your transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. MDGWin does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.
• MDGWin reserves the right to decline or return any deposit that appears suspicious or does not comply with the platform's anti-money laundering (AML) policy.

MDGWin is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and efficiently. The following policies and conditions apply to all MDGWin Members:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 10 minutes after the application is submitted, subject to standard required checks.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a method that has been verified in your name on your MDGWin account.
• MDGWin reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or any withdrawal that exceeds a certain threshold. This process is in place to protect the security of your account.
• Funds obtained from bonuses or promotions are subject to the specified rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn. Please refer to the Bonus & Promotions section for more details.
• Withdrawal requests involving funds that have not met the bonus rollover requirements will be automatically declined by the MDGWin system.
• MDGWin reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable cause to believe that fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred.

MDGWin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward both new and loyal members. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each offer, as well as the following general conditions that apply to all MDGWin promotions:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover requirement for each promotion is clearly stated in that promotion's terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible members — typically new members for welcome bonuses, or active members who meet the specified criteria for periodic promotions.
• Only one active bonus that can be held at any one time unless otherwise stated. You may not stack two or more bonuses simultaneously without explicit approval from MDGWin.
• MDGWin reserves the right to void bonuses and all associated winnings if any attempt to abuse the bonus system is detected — including the use of multiple accounts, collusion between players, or any other form of bonus fraud.
• MDGWin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the rights of Members who have already earned the relevant bonus prior to such changes taking effect.
• Any attempt to claim a bonus through dishonest means will result in the immediate cancellation of the bonus, the removal of all associated winnings, and potentially the permanent closure of the account.

All bets placed on MDGWin are subject to the following general rules. Specific rules for individual sports, leagues, or game types can be found in the relevant sections within the MDGWin platform.

• Bets confirmed by the MDGWin system are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, except in situations where MDGWin explicitly provides a cancellation option for certain bet types.
• Minimum betting limit is RM 5 for most bet types. Maximum limits vary depending on the bet type, sport, and account level — this information is displayed directly on the bet slip.
• For sporting events that are postponed, abandoned, or not completed within the stipulated timeframe, MDGWin will apply the relevant settlement policy — which typically results in the cancellation and refund of bets. Detailed policies can be found in the rules section for the sport in question.
• MDGWin reserves the right to void bets and refund stakes in the event of a clear technical error in odds pricing — for example, where the displayed odds are manifestly different from the correct market value.
• Any betting activity suspected of involving fraud, match fixing, or any form of manipulation will be investigated and may result in the cancellation of all related bets and closure of the account.
• Bets placed after a match or event has begun are only valid if accepted and confirmed by the MDGWin system before the relevant outcome is publicly known.

MDGWin's Live Casino section — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other live games — is subject to the general betting rules as well as the following specific rules:

• All Live Casino games are hosted by real human dealers and streamed live in HD quality from licensed studios. All games are fair and are not manipulated by any party.
• Bets confirmed within an active round cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring your bets are placed correctly before the betting window closes for each round.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino session — such as an internet connection failure, server error, or stream interruption — MDGWin will apply the following policy: if a round was not completed, the relevant bet will be voided and funds returned. If a round was completed before the disruption occurred, the result of that round stands and is final.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each Live Casino table are clearly displayed on the table information board before you join. Please ensure the limits suit your betting budget before taking a seat.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in Live Casino games is strictly prohibited and may result in the voiding of winnings and account closure.

Use of the MDGWin platform is subject to conduct standards designed to ensure a fair, safe, and enjoyable environment for all members. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in serious action, including account closure and legal proceedings:

• Identity fraud: Using another person's identity to register for or access an MDGWin account.
• Multiple accounts: Holding more than one active account, or colluding with other members to exploit promotions.
• Money laundering: Using the MDGWin platform to process or conceal funds obtained through illegal means.
• Technical exploitation: Using software, bots, or automated scripts to exploit the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Match manipulation: Engaging in or colluding with any party to manipulate the outcome of a match or game.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to obtain bonus benefits through any unauthorised or dishonest means.
• Inappropriate behaviour: Using the platform's chat function to direct abusive language, threats, or harassment at dealers or MDGWin staff.

MDGWin reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account under certain circumstances. Equally, Members have the right to close their own account by following the prescribed procedure.

MDGWin reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice if:

• The member has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• MDGWin has reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used for fraudulent or unlawful activity.
• The Member failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• A directive has been issued by a relevant authority or law enforcement body.

Account closure by the member:

• You may close your MDGWin account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat.
• Before closing your account, ensure that all eligible funds have been withdrawn. Any funds remaining in the account after closure may be claimed within a specified period as determined by MDGWin.
• If you close your account as part of a self-exclusion option for responsible gambling purposes, a dedicated process will be followed to ensure you are properly protected.

Your use of the MDGWin platform is at your own risk. MDGWin provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding its continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors.

• MDGWin will not be liable for any direct or indirect financial losses incurred by a member as a result of using the platform, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on the part of MDGWin.
• MDGWin is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control — including internet outages, service provider issues, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of MDGWin's services complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. MDGWin is not liable for any legal consequences arising from the use of the platform in jurisdictions where such services are not permitted.
• All bet outcomes determined by the MDGWin system are final. These outcomes are recorded in MDGWin's system logs, and such records shall be treated as conclusive evidence in any dispute.

MDGWin reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The following policies apply to any amendments made to MDGWin's Terms & Conditions:

• Members will be notified of any material amendments to these Terms & Conditions via a notice on the MDGWin platform, an email to the registered address, or an SMS message at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.
• The most current version of the Terms & Conditions will always be available on this page and will display the latest update date at the top of the document.
• Continued use of the MDGWin platform after an amendment takes effect will be considered your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms & Conditions, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect. Please contact MDGWin customer support to proceed with account closure.
• Bahasa Melayu is the official language of MDGWin's Terms & Conditions. Where versions in other languages are made available, the Bahasa Melayu version shall prevail in the event of any dispute over interpretation.
